The Science of Spying - Summer Fun at the Museum of Nature & Science

The Dallas Museum of Nature & Science at Fair Park is having a sleuthing summer of fun for all ages with their "Science of Spying" exhibitis and public programs.

Test your spying skills with the Murder Mystery Dinners (next one is July 24th) set against the mystifying, dimly-lit backdrop of gargantuan dinosaur fossils and wildlife dioramas.

Who can resist Bond....James Bond. The IMAX theater at Fair Park will be showing three select Bond movies in their "Shaken, Not Stirred" series:
June 27 – From Russia with Love
July 25 – Live and Let Die
August 22 – Casino Royale

And how about a whole week of spying with the MNS Discovery Spy Week Day Camp. Kids 5 - 12 will learn tricks of the trade, make and sample spy gear, visit The Science of Spying exhibit, earn an official spy certificate, and so much more! Discovery Camp Spy Week runs July 27 – 31, 2009

For teens (13- 17), there is CSI: Dallas. This spine-tingling introduction to the real world of forensic science gives teens hands-on experience in crime scene investigation.

Junior Investigators will learn how to conduct an investigation from start to finish by collecting fingerprints, searching for DNA evidence, interviewing witnesses, and more! Then, they’ll put all of these newly honed skills to the test to solve “The Case of the Missing Student!”

Each session is 2 ½ days
