Tasty new additions on the menu at Town East Mall


Already a refreshing shopping experience, Town East Mall is pleased to announce that several new eateries will be opening in the center in the coming months, offering shoppers even more options when it comes to dining and light refreshment.

Construction of BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, a national family-friendly restaurant, is well underway and Town East Mall is anticipating a summer opening. The popular BJ’s, located on the I-635 side of the shopping center, features moderate prices and prides itself on hospitality and service. The extensive menu includes BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, award-winning handcrafted beer and famous Pizookie® dessert. The restaurant will boast several high-definition, flat-panel televisions and will allow customer access from both inside and outside the mall.

Inside Town East Mall, the newly opened Latte Café offers a menu brimming with coffee and tea drinks. Also, the cafe serves sweets, sandwiches and such. Located on the upper level between Sears and Macy’s, Latte Cafe is the new go-to place for shoppers looking for a quick pick-me-up.

Adding another new twist is Pretzel Factory, an eatery specializing in hand-twisted, baked-fresh pretzel treats. Scheduled to in late March, Pretzel Time will serve hot, delicious, fresh-from-the-oven, savory and sweet treats that shoppers can enjoy every day during mall hours.

In mall fashion news, I M I, one of the newest retailers on the teen shopping scene, is open on the upper level in the center across from Sears. The retailer offers collections of affordable fashion for the teen and young adult woman.

Also, Pet Zone, a longtime favorite of shoppers at the center, has a new location on the upper level near the I-30 entrance to Town East Mall.
