Adopt a pet from the Second Chance SPCA at Collin Creek Mall Saturday, December 13 On Saturday, December 13 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m., Second Chance Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will bring homeless cats and dogs to Collin Creek Mall for adoption by qualified individuals. Second Chance SPCA usually brings both cats and dogs of different ages, but the selection will vary depending on what animals have been acquired by the organization. Applicants must pay a fee, ranging from $50 to $185, and meet the requirements of the shelter to adopt an animal. All SPCA animals have current vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered.
